Ozon Travel
I was thrilled to join Ozon as a Senior Product Designer and immediately hit the ground running. I was given the opportunity to create a brand new hotel booking service from scratch, and improve the user experience for buying train and plane tickets. It was a chance to use my skills and experience to make a real impact and I am excited to see the results.

We are going to rest
My first project at Ozon was like a puzzle, and I was determined to put all the pieces together. In just 3 months, I meticulously mapped out every step of the customer journey, conducted thorough user research and watched as it all came together. It was like watching a flower bloom, the number of bookings increased 6 times, and it was an incredibly satisfying experience.

In September, we rolled out a shiny new version of our map, and it was like giving our users a brand new pair of glasses. They could now view multiple hotels at once, all in one convenient place. And the best part? The number of card users has grown from 20% to 53%! We couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

At the moment I am working on a confidential project to update the travel homepage and search forms. We have conducted various research works and divided the development process into several stages in accordance with the best industry practices. Although I can't reveal any specific details, I'm looking forward to the release to show you and my friends
